If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund any item if you are not completely satisfied with you purchase, the item will only be exchanged or refunded if it’s in its original condition and saleable, within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are in your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
We recommend you to use a postal service that insures you for the value of your goods you are returning, excluding postage costs.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
We are happy to exchange for different colours or sizes of any item you have purchased from us if available, only if the product is returned in its original condition unused and unopened packaging with tags.
Your statutory rights are not affected by the policy guarantee.
